I promised you a blog filled with stories that were inspired stories from everyday life. Here’s the problem with that: lately my life has been sitting in my house working on my grad school capstone project. There has been absolutely nothing interesting about that. So I am sorry that you have to deal with the following post.
I can tell you that my dog is not adjusting to the time change and she’s becoming more of a princess since it’s starting to get chilly out.
She get up at 5:45am. She goes to bed at 8:30pm.
She needs her share of the covers. During the summer she sleeps at the bottom of the bed, but during the winter she prefers to be under the covers with her head on the pillow.
She hates walking in wet grass. She always has. She’ll avoid going to bathroom for as long as possible on rainy days. Well, with winter comes dew on the grass. So, she’s taken to doing her business on the deck.
I trained her better than that. I promise.
I could do what the training books all say and make her sleep on the floor, but she’s like a big, warm teddy bear when she gets snuggly. My dog is not weird. Other labs are just like her. The following is the gist of my dog:
