Believe it or not, my diet makes me happy.
Over the past few weeks I’ve learned a lot about my eating and exercising habits. I’ve learned how quickly calories can add up, even with healthy foods.
I’m not going crazy over this diet, but it’s good to know what a healthy amount of food is like and what impact diet and exercise can have on my health. I feel healthier and because I am only eating until I am full – and no more – I don’t feel like I overate.
